Takabad15 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

01General Rules & Eligibility

Takabad15 is an online gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other approved countries. The following eligibility requirements must be met to access and use this platform:

• Minimum age 18 Years is required – no exceptions.
• You must operate your account in your own name and using your own payment methods.
• Takabad15 is not available in countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Each person may operate one account only.
• This account is strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes.

02Account Creation & Verification (KYC)

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC): takabad15 follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. Identity verification documents may be requested in the following situations:

• When making your first withdrawal request.
• For large transactions (generally ৳50,000 or more).
• Suspicious activity detected on the account.

Verification typically requires a photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is complete.

Password Security: Keep your password confidential. takabad15 will never ask for your password. If you believe your account security has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

03Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on takabad15 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For details on accepted payment methods, on the Payments page available.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit: ৳10.
• Deposits are usually instant. If a delay occurs and is not resolved within 24 hours, please contact support.
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the original deposit, wherever possible.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

04Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers at takabad15 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically agreed to the associated terms.

Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement. For most bonuses, this is 10x (you must wager ten times the bonus amount).

• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days — any unused bonus will expire after this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Withdrawing before meeting the wagering requirement after claiming a bonus will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Sports bonuses apply to Sports Betting only; slot bonuses apply to designated slot games only.
• If multiple accounts from the same home network or device claim bonuses, all associated accounts may be suspended.

05Game & Betting Rules

All games on takabad15 are powered by third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every round is entirely independent and is not influenced by any previous outcome.

• Minimum bet: ৳10; maximum bet varies by game and account level.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, takabad15 will determine the appropriate course of action based on the circumstances. Bets on incomplete rounds may be refunded.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final — results will not be changed unless a rule violation has occurred.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change before a match begins. The odds in effect at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally refunded; however, exceptions may apply in accordance with Sports Betting rules.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on takabad15. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings and balances:

• Creating or operating more than one account per person.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Playing games using bots, auto-clickers, or any other automated software.
• Collusion – gaining an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
• Exploiting any technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Conducting transactions using funds from a third-party account.
• Running fraudulent operations using the takabad15 name or logo.

07Account Closure & Suspension

Takabad15 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

When an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned to the user, unless there are grounds for forfeiture due to a rule violation.

To close your account yourself: Contact Support. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, your account cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

08Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
